Maxim Dreval graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University and Higher School of Economics. He started his career as Project Manager in Yandex and Mail.Ru Group.

In 2010 he joined as cofounder to startup, created by Alexey Polovinkin, "100 Unified State Examination", a service, which helps to prepare for Unified State Examination. In 2013 the company emerged into full-featured online-school with strong teaching personnel of the leading Universities of the country, innovative system of assesment and thousands of students among Russia and foreign countries.

In 2014 after mergering with "Netology" in a unified holding, Maxim Dreval became coufounder of "Netology-group" and Products Director. 

In 2017 under Maxim's supervision the first large-scale study of online-education market was implemented in Russia.
